Diagnosis and management of FASD – 45 minutes and over
Assessment of children for Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder in consultation with a Speech pathologist and a Clinical Psychologist.

Diagnosis and M/t of Neurological issues – 45 minutes and over
Assessment and plan of action for seizure management done. and if further testing or input needed from the Neurologist, will get the referral done to a private/ public system in Perth.
Allergies/ Atopic conditions – 45 minutes and over
While waiting for skin prick testing in Perth, can get all other issues looked at and Anaphylaxis action plans, etc sorted.
Medical diagnosis and treatment – 45 minutes and over
Common childhood contitions including Reactive Airways disease (Various names used including Asthma), Allergic conditions, Sleep issues for newborns, and right up to the age of 16. years.
Cardiac conditions and congenital Heart disease diagnosis and referrals.
ENT common conditions and also a referral for ENT specialists for surgical intervention.
Diagnosis/ management of behaviour issue – 45 minutes and over
Non- pharmacological/ Pharmacological treatment of Behaviour conditions like ADHD/ ADD.
Major behavior issues in school or playschool and children diagnosed with ASD.
Other minor procedures (Circumcision) – 45 minutes and over
Will start if there is a demand for it in the local area..
Up to 6 weeks of age for non-surgical causes (religious/ family reasons).
First coulationa. 30 minutes
Oral Frenulectomy or upper lip tie
Some minor procedures like frenectomy – 30 minutes
If the Child Health Nurse or the Lactation consultant is worried about the baby’s latch, nipple grazing, and/ or mastitis, instead of losing the milk supply for the mother, I would be happy to get the Upper Lip Frenulum/ tongue tie released.
Behavioural and Developmental Paediatirc – 1 hour and over
Initial diagnosis and management of various conditions or referral to the specific diagnostic clinics for various Behavioral conditions including:
- Attention-Deficit/ Dys-regulation Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Attention Dysregulation Disorder
- Learning difficulties
- Other behavior issues in younger children
- Speech and Language delay,
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia (Initial assessment) and then refer
- Global Developmental Delay (Griffiths Child Development 3rd)
- Intellectual disability
- 10 NDIS eligibility
